As a company specialized in IT and communications services, and together with the experience acquired by Prologue in product development and innovation, in Alhambra-Eidos we are aware that both the fast technological changes around us, and the short life-cycle of products and services, make competition stronger and stronger. Therefore, we consider that the only way to grow in this sector is by being active agents that create solutions, processes, and methodologies that satisfy in a novel manner the needs of our clients, not by waiting for technological changes in order to adapt to them.

Alhambra-Eidos Technological Innovation Center

After some years of innovation in Madrid, in the beginning of 2007 Alhambra-Eidos expanded the scope of this activity by creating its Technological Innovation Center in the Scientific and Technological Site at Albacete.

Investment in Research, Development, and Innovation to Support Long-term Sustainable Growth

The continuity of Alhambra-Eidos's investment in research, development, and innovation is guaranteed by its strategic importance for management, and by the increasing financial, technical, and human resources we devote to innovation organization and management.

The following are some research projects carried out with government support.

FABRUM: Control Process Automation for Software Factories

Creation of a process methodology and software tools that allow managing software factories and articulating the whole collaboration procedure between a project site specialized in planning, functional design, and software solution deployment, and a factory specialized in technical design and/or software development.

MEVALHE: Alhambra-Eidos Virtual Externalization Model

Development of a new externalization model for remote and real time software development services, based on innovation in IT governance, process, and QA methods. The project includes the development and implementation of the software tools that enable the management of externalized services administration.

ORIGIN: Innovative Global Intelligent Organizations

Project ORIGIN aims to satisfy all the described needs, by developing technologies to support organizational intelligence and organizational excellence, taking innovation as its foundation, and creating an environment for software management and production in global settings, taking into consideration both the needs of clients and of customers in these scenarios.
